“The children always seem to have a really good variety of activities everyday. Nothing is repetitive and always has a really great learning outcome. It’s lovely to see photos and descriptions of what they’ve been up to so I can continue the conversation at home. Flexibility around life events and pulling out the stops to support with childcare if this changes. I also think you can see definite love for the jobs you do and the great relationships you form with the children. I gather from my daughter than she has a good routine in Nursery too and she’s well looked after in terms of hydration and snacks and emotional well-being. I love not having to worry about sorting lunch pack ups out everyday! Hot meals have been a godsend for us and I think they’re great value and a great convenience. It’s lovely to have daily updates and photos of what the children have been up to all day so you can have conversations when you pick your child up about their day and answer questions they have. I just think the whole team at Horizon is brilliant. You run an amazing nursery and I love that I found you. I’ve had a lot of situations where I’ve had to leave my daughter longer or had to add a couple of extra days here and there and needed her to have more emotional support and you’ve all been brilliant at it. She’s coming on leaps and bounds with all she is learning and has formed some lovely friendships which I get to hear all about. The office team are always more than happy to help when I phone in and always ask how I’m doing and have a chat rather than just focusing on why I called which is lovely. The personal touch is what makes this nursery special. I love how much thought and attention goes into running the day to day too. It’s nice to see my daughter finally enjoying some variety in a nursery rather than the same old painting or drawing she used to do in her previous nursery. Thank you for all you do. 🙂
